Light foods, semi solids, khichri, whole urad dal etc.

Vishuddhi Chakra (Throat Chakra) awakening, light blue colored

The day of all planets and paths.
The day for purification and cleansing.
Try to rectify some old habits or faults on this day.

Message for the Day:
Gunas - Desires
Every human is filled with three gunas ‘Raj’ ‘Tam’ ‘Sat’.
· Raj - means enjoyment, money power, devta qualities, enjoying life with luxuries.
· Tam – means using Raj power and other Tantric powers to destroy, avenge and overpowering others.
· Sat – means living truthfully according to preaching of evolved souls and religion.
These three gunas are given to human by nature (Geeta) and the person who rises above these 3 gunas can create a void to fill oneself with Supreme light – source of total bliss and all knowledge.
No GUNA is higher or lower (do not be judgmental). Only rising above these three is HIGHEST.
Desires – play through these Gunas. Till the desires are there nobody can create total connection with Supreme – the state of merging.
Desires are the outcome of our environment hereditary and tuning of the mind by circumstances.
There are only two ways of conquering desires.
· Let it play fully till saturation comes and you realized the futility of it
· Let is (be) curbed by yoga of mind or by HAT YOG, renounce it.
The first path is self realization – self taught lesson not to be repeated again. Playing according to desires full & complete. It demolishes the desire completely (Bhasam). Ash to Ash. So it gives recycled energy.
But in yoga, you suppress it by mind design and you train your mechanism that you do not have desires. May be at a time you will feel you do not have lust or desires because while you are practicing yoga. You are away from certain desirable things. You create atmosphere where you are not amongst the desirable objects (as Vishwamitra).
Some times if desire arises you push it back with yoga power. But residue remains. That tiniest speck can create tree at any given time. That is why yogi(s) reach at the Paramhansa state only, the state where they can teach you about Yoga only. Physiology of human body & mind soul. They never teach you the psychology of human mind and soul.
Avtar (Sri Krishna) too never teaches or preaches. Avtar only tells and tells by life as it comes.
Avtar never renounces anything. Because every power emotions desires thinkings dreamings etc are given to human to play the game of life fully to evolve by self realization.
