Solution to the Ayodhya Problem

O Human!

Why are you caught up in the vicious circle of mine and thine.

Pranam states three solutions, accept whichever one you like.

· First, on the disputed site, a multi-religious place of good-will and

worship (sarv-dharm sambhav) should be constructed, where there are departments to impart true wisdom of all practicing religions of the world.

· Second, a university or hospital should be made where traditional healing techniques of Unani, Hikkmat, Naturopathy and Ayurveda are used.

· And thirdly, follow the path of the epitome of right conduct -'maryaada purshottam Shri Ram.' Shri Ram left his kingdom because of Kaikeyee who was under the influence of ego, selfishness and narrow-mindedness (kumati). Shri Ram is in every particle, how can he be contained and collected in one place? The whole of Ayodhya is available; construct as big a temple as desired. Why make a temple taking the negativity of some one?

Have a heart like Shri Ram, his benevolence is for all. This is the time to be examples of the large-heartedness of Maa Bharati and Indian Culture. Thousands of temples have become centers of filth and corruption. First do the great endeavour (Bhagirath Prayatn) to reform and purify them. Nurturing enemity and resentment (vaimanasya) by insisting on 'khatola yahin bichchega' (asserting on having your way) is inviting headbanging and violence.

O Human!

At least now, beware and understand! All great souls have forever suggested the supreme path of sacrifice. This is Pranam's 'Mana Marg' based on the Vedic Sukta of 'Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam' – the whole world is family, oneness and universal brotherhood.
