Mantra
Mantra is a chanting, repeating of certain formation of words. Chanting can prepare ground to bring in peace. Mantra is path not goal and leads to quieting of mind. It also leads to expelling thoughts not desirable for growth and confusions of the mind so that ground is prepared for your sadhana -- be it search for peace or any goal you have fixed for yourself according to your individuality.
It is very interesting to note that any beautiful word repeated with your whole being in a rhythmic manner – repeated with whole being, from the heart – becomes a mantra. This can make your body receptive to universal energies for your growth and for your mission in life.
