Pranam means to expand human consciousness with humility, to look at everything, to accept everything, assess everything, evaluate everything and to react to everything with love and grace.
Pranam means expansion and extension of the soul with humility...It is symbolic of offering the purity of one soul to the other, as opposed to Namaste which means bowing to the divinity within. While uttering pranam, pranayam happens automatically.. Pranam is poorn pranav pratyaksh and praman.
